Exchange Policy
Exchanges must be made in-store within 30 days and must include your receipt.

The product must have its tag and be in perfect condition.

Evening dresses are non-returnable, unless the size is exchanged and returned within 48 hours of purchase.

If you are from the rest of the country, please contact us via WhatsApp at 092 546 549 to make an exchange.

Shipping Policy
PICKUP FROM OUR STORE or SHOWROOM:
. To pick up, you’ll need your order number, name, and ID.

. Pickup in Punta Carretas: Tuesday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

. Parque Miramar Showroom: coordinate pickup by WhatsApp at 092 546 549.

SHIPPING IN URUGUAY

We ship via DAC, where the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, except for purchases over $11,000.

Please double-check the information, such as the shipping address and cell phone number, so if you are not at the specified address, we can arrange a reordering so your purchase doesn’t return to our store and you won’t have to pay for shipping again.

Please note that the shipping service is outsourced.
